Here is an overview of how we work:
BRIEF TO PRE PRODUCTION
After a clearly enunciated brief has been formulated we set about adding elements to the brief which ensure our clients get the best value from the exercise. Research into all aspects of the message takes place in the brief to pre production phase and the client must be happy and confident prior to production, that the concept submitted best suits their needs.
We provide, where required:
PRODUCTION
We provide all call sheets, running schedules, producer, director, all crew including Camera (DOP), lighting and sound.
Stills photography is also provided where required.
POST PRODUCTION
We provide according to project: editor, animator, graphic artist and sound designer, including all music requirements.
Fancy Films undertakes post production in our three, broadcast quality, digital Final Cut Pro Edit Suites
in our St Kilda office.
Once the style has been clarified and filming has taken place, a first stage rough-cut concept will be developed
and refined according to feedback.
All content will then be assembled into a final rough cut which will be available for comments and feedback.
Client representatives are invited to be a part of the editing process if they desire and are welcome to attend
the editing sessions. A re-edit, incorporating changes and finalised graphics will be prepared for client approval.
Upon sign off, a sound mixed DVD Master will be provided.
We provide all aspects of DVD packaging, design and duplication, and provide our projects in all file formats as required.
